- Place colored flyers in the house and brochure box - I have my own marketing team that will prepare custom flyers which tell the story of your home and make these available inside and outside of your home.
- Just Listed Cards - These cards will be mailed to your surrounding area to notify everyone that your home is up for sale. These postcards are full color and uniquely designed to show your home's unique selling points.
- Database of potential buyers - I have gathered thousands of potential buyers of your home through my websites. I will email details of your home to all of these people.
- Contact regularly with listing status reports - I will keep in close contact throughout the whole sales process.
